We currently provide free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders placed before our daily cutoff of 5:00 PM are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by a transit period of 4–6 business days — for a total estimated delivery window of 5–8 business days. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and each order includes a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse.

Section 7 — Payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing details when placing an order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. All charges are billed in US Dollars ($), with no hidden fees added at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Section 8 — Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, particularly for change-of-mind returns or orders placed in error. Refunds are processed within 7 business days once we receive and inspect the returned item. To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
